This 1907 Historical Craftsman was untouched since the 70s. The owners wanted to expose the original charm while incorporating modern efficiencies. Many elements were salvageable; Most notably, our crafts team was able to repair and stain matcha set of glass front library cabinets from the 1950s, giving them new life as custom craftsman fireplace surround and living room built-ins.

The community center is the heart of this 40 unit neighborhood. With ample green space, plenty of parking, and nightly card games, each 2 bed 2 bath home is just that, a home.

This 1912 Craftsman was once the heart of the community. After clean-up and salvage of usable elements, the owners wanted a blend of traditional and minimalist charm, incorporating natural textures throughout. A large kitchen spilling into indoor and outdoor entertaining areas was a key feature as this space would soon play host to large dinner and team events, intimate family gatherings, and casual pizza Fridays with a custom built-in pizza oven.
